Return Policy
According to D.Lgs. N. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), client has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason for a period of ten (10) working days from the day you receive the products.

You must indicate the intention to terminate the contract by writing to assistenza@chimicasanfedele.com. 

Within the same period of ten (10) business days, the products must be delivered intact and in their original packaging with their delivery notes. The shipping address will be communicated by our representative at the time of communication of the return.

Refund
The shipment of products is paid by the customer. Once we receive the products we will refund within 10 working days the amount of the value of the goods for which it was exercised the right of withdrawal by crediting the amount to your credit card, bank account or Paypal account used to make the order. you can make the change of the goods in the same way, in this case we will calculate the difference in debt or credit and count its reshipment. The right to cancel the contract does not apply on the purchase of tailored or customized products.
